Lignano sabbiadoro Terraced villa for 8 people, 110 m2, 20 m. away from the sea, beach:600 m. , downtown:500 m.. The apartment consists of: 4 double bedrooms, 1 living-room/ kitchen, 3 bathrooms. Facilities: air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, sat tv, wi-fi. Pets not allowed. Languages spoken by the staff of the local agency: italian, french, english, german. Minimum stay: 1 week; max. rental period: 5 weeks. Letting period: Daily arrivals for the period 14.04 - 03.07.2022 and 10.09 - 01.10.2022. Arrival on Saturday and minimum stay one week for the period from 02.07 to 10.09.22 (departure). Only for some accommodations: arrival on Sunday and minimum stay one week for the period from 03.07 to 11.09.22 (departure).

- beach service (beach-umbrella and deckchairs)
- Extra cost for stayings less than 6 nights: 110 EUR
- extra for the wifi service (not obligatory): 28 EUR / week, you have to ask for it at the moment of the booking
- Towels (they can be rented for 12 euros per set, each set includes 3 towels, small medium and large)
- bed linnen hire (not obligatory):12 euro/person/set
- air-conditioning:0 euro
Terms of payment:
- advance: 40% by bank transfer
- balance: 15 days befor arrival
- Terms of payment (advance and balance) can differ also for apartments situated in the same resort (ie: balance at arrival vs balance 15 days before arrival), pls check the terms of each apartment
